Marc Borrelli has over 30 years of executive management and investment banking experience representing and advising companies and investors in all phases of corporate strategy, business development, origination, valuation, structuring and closing M&A transactions. He has completed more than 120 transactions with a combined value in excess of $3 billion in over 20 countries. Mr. Borrelli has extensive international experience managing and closing cross border multi-party transactions in Europe, Latin America, Asia and Australia. Mr. Borrelli has advised and participated as a principal on divestitures, acquisitions (stock and asset, both hostile and friendly), strategic equity and debt restructuring for the development, growth and operations of existing and new business assets. In addition, Marc has advised companies on strategy concerning new markets, products, growth and financial sustainability. For the last 12 years, Marc has worked in the Lower Middle Market helping clients prepare for an exit and sell their businesses, as well as raising debt and equity capital. Marc is a Vistage Chair, coaching and helping two groups of CEOs growth their businesses and profits, achieve life balance, and plan their exits. During his career Mr. Borrelli has worked for both small and Fortune 500 companies, as well as running his own firm for over 10 years. He has lived in South Africa, Switzerland, the UK and the USA. Today, Marc is also on the Boards of Corporate Development Chapter and International Business Chapter of the Technology Association of Georgia, the Business American Business Council of Georgia, and the Atlanta Society of Investment and Financial Professionals. He obtained his BA Economics (Hons.) from University of Reading in England, and his Master of Business Administration and Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Tulane University in New Orleans. In addition, he holds his Chartered Financial Analyst Charter and Series 7, 24, 63, 79, and 99 FINRA licenses.
