Francisco Javier Carmona
Francisco holds a PhD in Economics and Business Administration from the Universidad Complutense of Madrid, with a focus in Financial Economics of the Enterprise and Financial Markets. He also received a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the Institute for Executive Development (IEDE), Course of International Financial Management from the CECO Foundation, and Degree in Political Science and Sociology from the Universidad Complutense of Madrid. Professor of Financial Economics of the Enterprise in the Faculty of Economics and Business, at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and Research Analyst at the Economic and Social Institute, University of Alcala de Henares. In his professional career Francisco has consulted on feasibility plans, restructuring in multiple sectors, worked as a technical adviser in the State Administration, has been a conference speaker at several finance seminars and co-authored the book "Understanding the processes of merger and acquisition of Spanish unlisted companies in 1999-2006”.
