DPE would also welcome ide as from us for interesting sectors/subsectors in any industry internationally where we would present our ideas on the market, market players, market entry, and how this can be consolidated in a 2 page summary. If successful, they would be prepared to give us a contract with retainers and milestone payments.

Project VDebt is a new India based Venture Debt Fund seeking limited partners headquartered outside India for a second close to invest USD $1M to USD $15.5M each through a special purpose entity established in the Mauritius to ease tax and regulatory burdens. VDebt makes investments solely in privately held top-tier venture backed early stage companies located in India. Target raise is $125M-$155M.
