Sandy has a BSOR from Columbia University, helping found its Operations Research department. His MS in Systems and Information Science is from Syracuse University via IBM where he developed the first building automation software system and the first computerized backend assembly and test semiconductor operation. This followed with 12 years at AllianceBernstein and UBSPainewebber in Securities Analysis and Investment Banking deriving extensive Credit/Risk skills. Founding his own firm lending money to pre-revenue emerging high growth companies, he incurred zero losses for investors while capturing nearly one third of the market. This followed with the first of Vendor Financing in the Semiconductor Industry where he created wholly owned KLA-Tencor Capital and Credence Systems Capital, representing over 20% of Credence’s revenue at its $900 million peak. This led to his establishing offices and relationships throughout Southeast Asia where he collaborated with numerous multinational and local banks. After several years of freelancing, he joined ONEtoONE for its outstanding network of highly experienced professionals motivated to collaborate as a team to complete corporate M&A and financing mandates.
