Tienes que aprender a saber ver y analizar la realidad que te rodea y hacerte las siguientes preguntas: <strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 puedo ofrecer yo que no ofrezca la competencia? \u00bfC\u00f3mo puedo generar propuesta de valor a mi servicio? \u00bfEn qu\u00e9 me puedo diferenciar?\u00a0 <\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Para aprender a identificar oportunidades hay que tener en cuenta cinco factores:<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>1.Analiza el entorno competitivo<\/strong>: <em>\u201cSi el cambio sucede fuera con m\u00e1s rapidez que dentro, el fin est\u00e1 a la vista\u201d \u2013 Jack Welch<\/em><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Intenta entender c\u00f3mo tus competidores resuelven los problemas o necesidades de los clientes y si existen todav\u00eda necesidades no cubiertas o problemas que se pueden resolver de una manera mejor.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000\">\u00bfEst\u00e1n entrando nuevos competidores?, \u00bfHay bajas barreras de entrada?, \u00bfSon las econom\u00edas de escala clave en nuestra industria?, \u00bfHay competidores mejor posicionados que nosotros?, \u00bfPodemos reconfigurar la industria en nuestro favor?<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>2.Diagnostica d\u00f3nde yace tu oportunidad: <\/strong><em>La innovaci\u00f3n no es cuesti\u00f3n de dinero. Es cuesti\u00f3n de la gente que tengas, c\u00f3mo les l\u00edderes y hasta qu\u00e9 punto te enteres. \u2013 Steve Jobs<\/em><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><em>\u00a0<\/em>Tu objetivo debe ser crear una oferta claramente diferente a la de los competidores y substitutos. La diferencia puede estar en la calidad del producto, en el marketing, en el canal de venta, en usar procesos operativos diferentes que resulten m\u00e1s efectivos o en capacidades que tienes en tu empresa que te permiten incrementar el valor de tu producto o servicio. O puede venir de la combinaci\u00f3n de varias de estos elementos.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000\">\u00bfHay un problema o dolor claro en el cliente que puedes resolver?, \u00bfPuedes crear una oferta que resuelva la necesidad del cliente mejor que nadie? \u00bfPuedes hacerlo a un precio razonable y a la vez obtener un beneficio?<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>3.Entiende la cadena de valor en tu industria: <\/strong><em>\u201cCuando tu cambias la manera en que miras a las cosas, las cosas a las que miras cambian\u201d \u2013 Dr. Wayne Dyer<\/em><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Analiza la intensidad competitiva en tu sector, su modelo de ingresos, el tama\u00f1o del mercado, la necesidad de los clientes no cubierta y tu modelo de negocio actual.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000\">\u00a0\u00bfQui\u00e9nes son tus competidores?, \u00bfCu\u00e1n dura es la competencia en tu industria?, \u00bfQu\u00e9 ventajas competitivas tiene cada uno?, \u00bfA qu\u00e9 tipo de clientes sirve cada uno?, \u00bfSon rentables?<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Si quieres crear ventajas competitivas debes entender el terreno de juego de tu sector, y las fuerzas de Porter son una magn\u00edfica herramienta para analizarlo.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>4.Define en qu\u00e9 negocio est\u00e1s: <\/strong><em>\u201cEn la f\u00e1brica hacemos cosm\u00e9ticos; en la perfumer\u00eda vendemos esperanza\u201d \u2013 Charles Revson, Fundador de Revlon<\/em><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Intenta entender tu terreno de juego pregunt\u00e1ndote \u00bfEn qu\u00e9 negocio realmente estoy?, \u00bfHabr\u00eda alg\u00fan grupo de clientes que valorar\u00eda m\u00e1s aquellas capacidades que son m\u00e1s esenciales en m\u00ed compa\u00f1\u00eda, para las que estamos m\u00e1s preparados y que son m\u00e1s dif\u00edciles de imitar por mis competidores?<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>5.Decide qui\u00e9n es tu cliente objetivo: <\/strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo es tu cliente?, \u00bfQu\u00e9 personalidad tiene?, \u00bfCon qui\u00e9n se identifica?, \u00bfA que aspira?
