She is a Senior Advisor at ONEtoONE Corporate Finance and has over twenty years of international professional experience. Additionally, she works as an international business development advisor for Spanish companies. From 2008 to 2014, she lived in Washington DC. In DC she worked for the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), managing a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Program supporting the governments of the Latin American Region. Previously, she worked for Unión Fenosa –currently Gas Natural Fenosa, one of the three largest energy groups of Spain for over thirteen years. She was a specialist in international business development and bilateral and multilateral financing.
Rocío holds a degree in Business from CEU University, in Madrid, Spain, and a Masters´ Degree in Public Relations and Corporate Communications from Georgetown University, in Washington DC, USA.
