Aram Moradians finished his studies of Business Administration, International Management and Industrial Economics as well as Administrative and Public Law at the University of Hamburg, Germany, with honours.
Aram has worked on all continents for German and Swiss family-owned as well as globally renowned companies listed on the NYSE, CAC 40, Nikkei 225 and DAX 30. His previous positions include Germany’s Continental Automotive, Japan’s Toshiba Group, France’s Thales Defense and Security, ExxonMobil of the U.S. and Europe’s largest utility, E.ON of Germany.
His focus is on the energy, technology and automotive sectors, each with a focus on global growth markets and technically highly complex products and services, predominantly in the B2B business segment.
Aram has held senior positions such as Financial Advisor, Global Sales & Project Director, Strategic Investments Director, International Business and Corporate Development Director. As the Head of the M&A Department of a global energy services company, Aram concluded a significant number of M&A transactions and post-merger integrations, resulting in a double-digit growth rate for many consecutive years.
