Advised KWS Saat on the 2012 acquisition of Semília, a Brazilian seed research company based in Paraná. The deal, which also included the acquisition of Delta, allowed KWS to establish KWS Brasil Pesquisa & Sementes, significantly strengthening its tropical plant breeding operations and R&D footprint in South America.
