Advised a private equity investor on the acquisition of a minority stake in eFarmer, an AgTech company based in the Netherlands and Ukraine, operating in DACH area and worldwide. The investor was provided with exposure to scalable agri-technology solutions, while supporting eFarmer’s growth strategy and product expansion.
