Flow International is a global provider of advanced cutting and forming solutions, best known for its ultrahigh- pressure waterjet cutting systems (and also offering technologies such as fiber laser and press brakes). In 2013, Flow announced it would be acquired by American Industrial Partners (AIP), and the acquisition was completed in January 2014 (via Waterjet Holdings, backed by an AIP fund). Led the sell- side divestiture of Flow’s Brazil operations.
