Heil Trailer International is a global manufacturer of engineered tank and specialty trailers (e.g., petroleum/energy, chemicals, dry bulk). In 2012, American Industrial Partners (AIP) acquired Heil Trailer from Dover Corporation. Advised American Industrial Partners on the sell-side divestiture of Heil Trailer’s Argentina operations, originating the buyer and leading the marketing and negotiation process through closing.
