Advised Aloxe, a circular economy platform in rPET business backed by Ara Partners, a US-based private equity firm focused on industrial decarbonisation, on the acquisition of Elcen, a Polish industrial company producing rPET. The mandate included identifying and evaluating targets aligned with Aloxe's strategic expansion into the Polish market, coordination of due diligence, structuring the transaction and support in SPA negotiation to drive the platform's continued buy-and-build growth across Central and Eastern Europe.
