Luneos is a leading Polish provider of energy transition solutions for business clients, offering an as-a-service model covering photovoltaics, LED lighting, cogeneration and energy storage — enabling companies to reduce energy costs with zero upfront investment. The mandate included preparing the company for the fundraising process, managing outreach across multiple investor candidates, and supporting negotiations through to closing.
