Advised the Board of Isuzu Motors Limited on the establishment of its Saudi manufacturing platform, including structuring, location strategy, and government engagement for a truck assembly plant in Dammam Industrial City. The project led to the creation of Isuzu Motors Saudi Arabia and the launch of the Kingdom’s first Japanese commercial vehicle production facility.
