Advised SDK Group A/S related to the acquisition of FREJA Transport and Logistics Group as well as related to the selling of SDK Groups current business into a new company, majority owned by SDK Group. So, there was a parallel execution of both a buy and a sell process. Advised on both the execution of the buy and the sell process, performing all M&A services as well as securing acquisition finance and EU competition acceptance.
