Advised BioLife Plasma Services, then part of Shire (acquired by Takeda in 2019), on the acquisition of sanaplasma AG, a Switzerland-headquartered source-plasma collection company operating 14 plasma centres across the Czech Republic (11) and Hungary (3). The transaction strengthened the buyer's European plasma collection network in support of its immunology franchise. Provided buy-side support including due diligence and negotiation.
