KL&CO is a Colombian company that has presence in the food industry through two business lines: Planeta V, an innovative business line dedicated to the development and manufacturing of meat substitute foods; and LOKAL, a retail business dedicated to the commercialisation of food mostly produced by local brands. This merger will boost the production and domestic distribution of plant-based protein foods by leveraging LOGIFOODS more than 8,000 domestic customers.
