We have successfully advised Osmi bit, a Croatian software company, on its sale to Norwegian investment firm HAWK Infinity AS. Headquartered in Zagreb, Croatia, with roots back to 1988, OsmiBIT develops, implements and maintains software solutions especially for retail, wholesale, and marinas. Their product suite consists of ERP software, document and business process management, human resources, time management, point of sale and business intelligence. Hawk Infinity AS is a Norwegian investment company with a long-term ownership horizon with focus on quality technology companies. Hawk’s ambition is to be the preferred “company home” for founder-owned companies who want to become part of a group of independently operated companies, prioritizing sustainable growth without bureaucracy. Hawk’s acquisition of Osmi bit marks a strategic step in expanding its portfolio to SEE.
