ONEtoONE Corporate Finance has advised Técnicas Sanjorge (Grovium) on its acquisition of 100% of AgroProtectors, in a buy-side transaction. The deal coincides with the launch of Grovium, the new brand of the group led by TSJ and backed by Mediterrania Capital Partners. Based in Barcelona, AgroProtectors offers turnkey crop-protection solutions, with customers in 21 countries across four continents. It is the fifth acquisition of the project launched in 2023, completing Grovium’s offering and opening up new markets, particularly in Latin America.
