ONEtoONE Corporate Finance advised the Basque company Altel SL on its sale to private investors. The company is engaged in the installation and maintenance and professional telecommunications networks as their main clients having major telecom operators, communications infrastructure operators, government agencies and equipment manufacturers, among others. This sale is a new example of the interest aroused by the Spanish companies that make efficiency, customer service and quality business priorities, despite the bank investment deficit and poor economic prospects. The aim of the new shareholders is to develop the business on the basis of skills and existing customers.
