ONEtoONE Corporate Finance has advised Miranza on the acquisition of Tecnolaser Clinic Vision, its third clinic in Seville and ninth centre in Andalusia. Miranza, majority-owned by Germany’s Veonet, now operates 40 facilities in Spain, plus locations in Porto and Andorra, further strengthening its ophthalmic leadership. Tecnolaser, founded in 2002, comprises ten consulting rooms and two theatres, carrying out 14,000 consultations and 3,000 surgical procedures each year, with a strong focus on R&D and training. The acquisition consolidates Miranza’s presence in Andalusia and supports its inorganic growth strategy.
