Ed Kelenchuk is a corporate finance executive with extensive experience in capital formation, M&A, and growth-stage companies. He graduated from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Economics, with concentrations in Finance and Accounting.

Over his career, Ed has executed dozens of transactions across public and private markets, including 27 acquisitions at Curaleaf. As Senior Vice President of M&A @ Curaleaf Holdings, he helped scale the company from $10 million to $10 billion in enterprise value and led its $400 million IPO at a $4 billion valuation. In 2021 he co-founded LK Green Capital, raising funds for alternative healthcare investments. Advised Sweed on Capital Formation in Jan 2022 – invested and syndicated a $3m Series A round, followed on with a 2023 merger and subsequent sale of Leafrade to Leaflink in 2024.

Earlier in his career, Ed worked in investment banking at Merrill Lynch in London, Renaissance Capital in Moscow, and in principal investing with TPG and Och-Ziff. He has served on the boards of PKR.com, Curaleaf Holdings (as Pre-IPO Board Observer), and Sweed (as Board Observer). Ed and his wife, Maria, have three daughters and reside in the Greater Boston area for much of the year.
