Rodrigo is a corporate strategy and M&A professional with over a decade of experience advising CEOs, CFOs and boards on growth strategy, capital allocation and value creation. He has led strategic planning, corporate development and FP&A functions at leading industrial and manufacturing groups, including Vitro, Nemak, Ragasa, Celestica and Grupo DeAcero, where he evaluated acquisitions, built valuations and shaped investment cases presented at board and investment-committee level.
Earlier, in corporate banking at Scotiabank, he structured and executed cross-border financing for multinational clients. He pairs strong financial modelling and valuation skills with a disciplined, cross-border perspective, and holds an MBA from EGADE Business School and an MSc from ESSEC Business School in Singapore.
