Anatole Tkatchenko is an international executive and entrepreneur with 30 years of experience in developing and scaling businesses across Europe and global markets, with particular expertise in medical devices, MedTech and ophthalmology.

Throughout his career, he has held senior executive and commercial leadership positions with global healthcare companies, including Carl Zeiss Meditec, DORC International and Bausch + Lomb. He has extensive experience in business development, international expansion, direct and distributor market strategies, commercial transformation and building high-performing international sales organisations.

His experience combines multinational corporate leadership with entrepreneurship. He founded Weyezer Solutions in Spain, which subsequently resulted in a joint venture with Biotech Healthcare, and lead Biotech Healthcare Iberia as a CEO. He has also advised start-ups operating in AI-based medical diagnostics and provided support to private equity investors in acquisition-target assessment and due diligence.

Having lived and worked in seven countries and conducted business across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Latin America, Anatole brings a highly international perspective to corporate finance assignments, particularly in healthcare, MedTech and medical devices.
