Philipp Elkuch is an international executive, non-executive board member, and technology leader with over 25 years of experience across professional services, IT, energy, industrial manufacturing, and financial institutions. Holding an MS in Mechanical Engineering from ETH Zurich and an MBA from SDA Bocconi, he specializes in digital transformation, growth strategies, and corporate governance for stock-listed and privately held companies across Europe.

In his executive career, Elkuch has led large-scale international operations and business units. He served as Global Head of Digital Strategy & Transformation at Sulzer Group, where he oversaw digital M&A, technology partnerships, and enterprise architecture.

Previously, as Managing Director and Managing Partner at DXC Technology Switzerland, he held full P&L responsibility for operations generating over 200 MCHF in annual revenue. Earlier in his career, he held senior executive roles at AFRY (Pöyry), managing global sales and regional operations in power generation, transmission, and management consulting, after starting as a project engineer and manager at Alstom Power.

Philipp currently serves as founder and owner of Primefactor Ltd. (management and technology consulting) and a Venture Partner at Basinghall Partners. He holds multiple non-executive board positions, including Board Member at VP Bank (focusing on wealth management digital transformation), Chairman of the Board at Evulution (smart grid technology), and Board Member at Gruner Group (engineering). He also served as Chairman of the Board at Liechtensteinische Kraftwerke from 2016 to 2024, directing its corporate reorganization, cybersecurity governance, and digital transformation.
