ONEtoONE has advised Cofinpar in the sale of their subsidiary Sonama, a Volvo dealership network, to Mobicore. COFINPAR, is a holding company involved in real estate development, car parts distribution, and multiple other financial holdings. They made the strategic decision to entirely divest their automotive retail branches and subsequently sold SOGALUX to CarAvenue and RCM in 2021. This comprised 5 points of sales and was the largest Mercedes dealership group in the South of Belgium. This process was recently completed with the sale of SONAMA, the largest Volvo dealership group in the region, to Mobicore. ONEtoONE assisted the COFINPAR group throughout the entire divestment process. Mobicore is a leading operator of brands in mobility in both Luxembourg and Belgium. They are a high volume seller of mainly Volvo brands after having divested their Mercedes outlets.

ONEtoONE Corporate Finance has exclusively advised Verhaert | Masters in Innovation on the full sale of Lambda-X Ophthalmics, a world leader in ophthalmic lens metrology, to Whitestone Group and the management of LXO. This acquisition enables Lambda-X Ophthalmics to continue its growth and leadership in providing high-precision instruments and software for the measurement and characterisation of ophthalmic lenses. The partnership with Whitestone Group will further strengthen Lambda-X's global presence in a rapidly expanding market.

ONEtoONE Corporate Finance has acted as the financial advisor for Fietsen Wildiers on a €5 million investment from Welvaartsfonds. This investment enables Fietsen Wildiers to scale operations, expand inventory, and support growth, positioning it as a leading bicycle company in Belgium. Founded in 1937, Fietsen Wildiers is a fast-growing Flemish family business with 100 employees, offering comprehensive bicycle sales, aftercare, and leasing services. Welvaartsfonds is a public-private initiative focused on economic recovery, aiming to restore the Flemish economy to pre-pandemic levels and address solvency issues faced by local companies.

Etienne Van de Kerckhove, former chairman, expressed confidence that the merger will create more value and growth opportunities for both companies, highlighting the importance of timber as a sustainable building material. Van Steenberge, a leader in the timely delivery of softwood, panel materials, and finished wood products, combines decade-long experience with innovation to meet evolving customer needs. The merger will create synergies, expanding both companies' presence in the international timber market.

We are happy to announce that ONEtoONE Corporate Finance successfully raised an undisclosed amount of equity in the millions of Euros for H2WIN SA from smart business angels. H2WIN is a Belgian private biotechnology R&D company, recognised in the industry and by academia as being the only company in the world working to produce hydrogen from the direct conversion of sunlight and water with (photo)enzymatic catalysts, the H2GREEN system. The purpose of this equity raise is to develop the industrialisation of the enzyme production and the fixing of the enzymes in the Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM).
