Marc is an insurance/reinsurance and defense expert with more than 30 years of professional experience. He started out his career in 1992 working for an International first insurance group and remained true to this industry ever since.
In 2000 Marc joined the Big-Four auditing and consulting industry and worked with EY and Deloitte, respectively, where he was focussing on leading anual audits and Audit-related consulting projects with insurance/reinsurance groups. In this time he was also responsible for M&A transactions of International insurance brokers.
In 2012 Marc decided to work self-employed. Since then, he managed several M&A transactions and Corporate Finance projects in many industries as responsible advisor. In his capacity as a former German army officer he furthermore has a sound understanding of the defense industry in Germany.
