Federico, during his extended career, has held various managerial roles, realizing over 40 extraordinary finance transactions, in the Food, Mechanics, Healthcare / Life Science, Ceramics, Steel, IT, and Real Estate sectors.

Previously Federico was CFO of a leading food company, General Manager of a medium-sized mechanical company, CFO of a listed multinational, CFO and M&A Director of a PE-backed Multinational, CEO of a Multinational Healthcare Company, and Managing Partner of a Financial Boutique.

Federico holds an MBA from the Business School of the University of Bologna.
