RESEARCH DEPARTMENT
Our Research Department analyses market news and potential opportunities, as well as contacts and follows up with key members of potential investors. You would be involved in researching potential investors/targets while learning how to create documents such as Pitch presentations, Information Memorandums, Blind Teasers and Mappings, assiting our Partner team and Corporate Finance department.
LEGAL & COMPLIANCE DEPARTMENT
As a trainee in the Legal & Compliance Department, you will assist the company with any legal needs that may arise. This could be in reviewing contracts and agreements and assisting in their drafting and negotiation. Furthermore, you would assist in the implementation of many different legal processes, tools, and documentation. You will learn how to apply these laws in a multitude of situations, including litigation.
MARKETING DEPARTMENT
As part of the marketing team, you will use your imagination and proactivity to create content for our social media networks, corporate blog and websites. Using strategic digital marketing skills, your aim is to convey the company message to our current and prospective clients. You will also aid in the design of corporate newsletters and marketing campaigns that are sent globally to our international partners.
