Douglas has successfully managed large infrastructure investments, led divestments, structured joint ventures, and designed private equity investment strategies.

With over two decades of experience, he has held board positions, investment committee positions, led high-level negotiations, and managed stakeholder relationships across North America, Latin America and Europe. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration from UCLA and completed further education in Oil & Gas Finance.
