Shan Yue has been a Partner in Greater China since 2016 and is based in Shanghai.

He started his career in 2000 with Stifel Financial Corp (NYSE: SF) as an associate in corporate development. Mr. Yue joined BDA Partners (William Blair Asia) in 2004 and most recently served as head of its Beijing Office. Mr. Yue has been engaged in the origination and execution of cross-border M&A transactions for both corporate and private equity clients in Greater China and overseas over the past 20+ years.

He has rich transaction experience on both inbound and outbound M&A transactions spinning consumer, industrials, chemicals, services, agricultural, technology, and healthcare sectors. His clients include fortune 500 corporations as well as reputable private equity funds.

Mr. Yue has consummated over 100 transactions (acquisitions, divestitures and JV’s, private placement, restructuring, both domestic and internationally) in his career.
