María Teresa Gómez has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Vigo and a PhD from the University of Barcelona.

She has a solid experience in business development strategy. She has led projects of acquisition of companies as a line of growth. She has extensive knowledge in defining the suitable business model for the target market, highlighting innovative and creative thinking in her projects, where the human factor plays a key role.

For more than 16 years, she has managed projects in the world of Supply Chain in the food, health and industrial sectors, demonstrating her ability to manage the necessary change to adapt the organization to the market at all times due to its rapid and robust evolution.

She also has experience managing national and international projects, demonstrating her ability to adapt to different levels of interlocution, culture, country and forms of negotiation.
She has extensive knowledge in LEAN methodology, applied to different sectors.

She combines her financial advisory work with teaching at universities such as the Polytechnic University of Barcelona or Pompeu Fabre.

She joined ONEtoONE in 2022 as Senior Manager and specialist in the Food, Industrial, Healthcare and Fashion sectors.
