For the last 18 years, Tom has been the key principal of an investment banking firm that has been an innovator in global finance serving a diverse base of domestic and international clients. Assisting these clients with their acquisition, divestiture and capital-raising needs, he has identified structures and executes private market transactions for corporations, investor groups and individuals. Tom has provided his clients with a range of services fundamental to their business, including strategic guidance, valuations, pre-sale consulting/interface with tax/legal advisers, financing alternatives, restructuring advice, merger & acquisition counsel and execution as well as capital raising, both debt and equity.

He has focused on sell-side engagements and equity capital raising investment banking assignments. Approximately 10% of the practice has been in Asia where Tom has been involved in substantially larger and highly complex transactions with world-scale companies and international investors. He has been engaged by private companies in China with up to $2.6 billion in revenue, seeking growth capital private equity placements.
