Fabián Elio is a Partner at ONEtoONE Corporate Finance in Chile, with more than 17 years of professional experience in M&A and corporate finance across Europe and Latin America.

He began his career at Santander Corporate & Investment Banking in France and later spent seven years at KPMG Chile, where he became a Senior Manager. Throughout his career, Fabián has advised business owners, corporations and investors on domestic and cross-border transactions, covering the full M&A cycle from deal origination and valuation to due diligence, negotiation and transaction execution.

He has participated in more than 70 transactions and advisory engagements across a broad range of sectors, including industrial and business services, mining and energy, infrastructure, agribusiness, utilities, manufacturing and distribution. His international experience includes transactions and projects involving companies in France, Chile, Bolivia, Ecuador, Colombia and Peru.

Fabián holds a Master in Management from ESCP Business School’s Grande École Programme in France. He joined ONEtoONE Corporate Finance in 2022 and is currently a Partner in the firm’s Chilean practice.
