Formerly a long-standing Director at Banco Sabadell and Head of Catalonia at Bankinter Investment, Yolanda has a proven ability to lead senior analyst teams and originate complex transactions for top-tier corporate clients.
A specialist in Structure Finance origination and strategic negotiation, she approaches every operation with a focus on value creation and precision. Yolanda is highly regarded for her ability to coordinate multi-bank stakeholders and design sophisticated credit proposals across international markets, including the Caribbean.
