Degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) and BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Oxford Brookes University (UK). She began her carrer in the audit department of EY (previously Ernst & Young) in Barcelona. After two years as an audit manager in the United States she returned to Spain to join the team that created the Transactions Advisory Services department of EY in Spain in July 1999 where she worked for over 11 years, the latests of which, she was Executive Director. Before joining ONEtoONE she worked as an independent M&A advisor. Through her extense career, Ana María has managed transactions and restructuring projects leading multidisciplinary teams both domestically and internationally in sectors as diverse as telecommunications, healthcare, distribution, services, automotive, wineries, media, entertainment, renewable energy, logistics, insurance and general industry.

Since joining ONEtoONE as a partner in 2011, Ana María Martos has cultivated a rich and diverse professional background, specializing in key sectors such as industrial, manufacturing, construction, healthcare, and services. Her experience reflects an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities present in these industries. Through her strategic insights and comprehensive knowledge, she has contributed significantly to the success of ONEtoONE Corporate Finance in facilitating mergers, acquisitions, and financial advisory services within these sectors.
