Paulo started working in Banking (Corporate credit risk and LBOs) for about 5 years (1994 – 1999), then he moved to Private Equity industry in Portugal and Spain for about 12 years (1999 – 2010) and since 2011 started to advise different family businesses as CRO / Group CFO, together with M&A practice at ONEtoONE Corporate Finance.

At ONEtoONE Corporate Finance, the mission has always been to maximize the business owner’s life work value.
