Brian Vella started his career with KPMG in Malta, where he qualified as a UK accountant (ACCA). After completing an MBA at Warwick Business School, he then joined PWC where he worked as a Transactions Advisory Senior Manager in both Moscow, Russia, and Paris, France. Brian later joined EY in Germany, where he worked for 12 years, including 7 years as Transactions Advisory Partner.

Before starting his career in ONEtoONE he served as Senior Director with Cavendish Management Resources, a leading provider of venture capital & management support for international small to medium-sized businesses.

Brian is based in Dusseldorf, Germany. His expertise includes business acquisitions, divestments, capital raising, investor and target searches, exit readiness, due diligence, and restructuring.
