Ashley Lyon holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Aerospace from Cranfield University in the United Kingdom, where he also followed an accelerated MBA course. His Mechanical Engineering degree was completed at UTC in France.

He is the Senior Industry Advisor based in Belgium and contributes to the aeronautics, space and digital sectors primarily.

His experience during his career ranged from Engineering, Project Management, Sales & Marketing / Business Development and Management for several private companies (AIRBUS, ENGIE Solutions, SAFRAN Aero Boosters, European Satellite Service Provider) and for the public agency “Wallonia Trade & Invest” dealing with Foreign Direct Investment for the aeronautics, space and digital sectors from 2006 till 2020.
