With over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, I am a seasoned leader passionate about building high-performance teams, fostering digital transformation, and leveraging innovation and change. I have successfully managed and contributed to several M&As and integrations, leading and coaching diverse, high-performing teams. My experience includes building strong relationships with C-level executives at some of the largest and most significant companies in Brazil and Latin America. Utilizing my business acumen, customer focus, negotiation skills, and problem-solving abilities, I have driven results and growth in the companies I’ve worked with. My deep expertise in CRM software has enabled me to deliver value-added solutions to our customers and partners.

In addition to my sales leadership role, I am an active angel investor, member, and board member at various organizations. These include Labor Educational, a non-profit institution working to improve education in Brazil; YPO, a global network of chief executives; and HBS Alumni Angels of Brazil, a group of Harvard Business School alumni investing in early-stage companies. Through these engagements, I contribute to the development and innovation of various sectors and causes, supporting the next generation of leaders and entrepreneurs. I am also committed to environmental sustainability and social responsibility, holding certifications on governance from relevant organizations in this segment.

As I embark on a new journey, founding my own consultancy company focused on Business Growth, Sales Advisory, M&A advisory and Governance/Board Member, I am excited to bring wealth of experience and insights to help businesses navigate their paths to success.
