Cinthya has 18 years of experience in Corporate Finance, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, project finance, debt and equity raising, as well as valuation of companies for different purposes. She has advised more than 80 Mexican and international companies in a wide range of industries, from manufacturing, financial services, food processing to automotive. Her expertise includes an integral vision of the projects: financial and market analysis, coordination and relationship with all project stakeholders, fronting negotiations with the counterparty, through to successfully closing the deal.

Prior to joining ONEtoONE, Cinthya worked for Mazars and KUO Group as a financial analyst. She continued her professional growth with a Masters in Finance at Oxford Brookes University in the UK. Subsequently, she led multiple M&A projects during 13 years in Deloitte’s Corporate Finance practice, in buy-side transactions of companies in various industries, such as packaging, automotive, manufacturing, data analytics, among others. She also managed debt, equity and refinancing processes for infrastructure projects such as roads, solar parks, water treatment plants, among others. The portfolio of projects advised totals more than US$ 2.5 B.
