Karol Szykowny, CFA, has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and investment banking, with a focus on M&A advisory.
Until March 2025, he was with Navigator Capital Group, one of Poland’s leading independent advisory firms, where he contributed to numerous cross-border and domestic transactions across industries, including HVAC, food, financial services, and consumer goods. Prior to that, he worked at KBC Securities and KPMG, gaining a solid foundation in M&A execution, due diligence, and financial analysis.
Karol holds two master’s degrees in finance-related fields from the Warsaw School of Economics and the Independent University of Business, Administration and Computer Science. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and has completed advanced training in financial modeling. He is fluent in English and Polish, and an active investor with a strong interest in capital markets.
