Dimitris has more than 25 years experience in investment banking, corporate finance, valuations, restructurings and lending to SMEs, having held senior positions in companies such as Alpha Finance, KPMG, Alvarez & Marsal and in the investment committee of CNL Capital.
Dimitris founded his own boutique Corporate Finance Advisory firm, concentrating on middle market M&A transactions and advising Greek companies to raise equity and mezzanine debt from family offices, venture capital and private equity funds. He joined ONEtoONE Corporate Finance in May 2025 as Partner to leverage his extensive experience, know-how and contacts, focusing on the Greek market and on cross-border transactions.
Throughout his career, Dimitris has advised companies in numerous sectors, with some concentration on banking, food, manufacturing and telecoms.
Dimitris holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Athens University of Economics & Business and a MBA from London Business School.
