DENISA DELIJA
Partner
With a robust background in finance, risk management, and strategic advisory, Denisa Delija brings over two decades of experience spanning financial services, sustainable investment, and corporate transformation across the Western Balkans. Her academic foundation includes an MBA from European University Viadrina (Germany), a Master’s in Risk Management and Insurance from MIB School of Management (Italy), and a BA in Finance from the University of Tirana.
Denisa began her career in the banking sector, rising through leadership roles in risk management, retail credit, and product development at major institutions such as Credit Agricole and NBG Bank. Her deep operational and strategic insight positioned her as a trusted leader during challenging financial periods, such as the Greek financial crisis, where she successfully led liquidity and brand repositioning efforts.
Since 2017, Denisa has served as Managing Partner at Consultbis shpk, a strategic advisory firm collaborating with investors and financial institutions on M&A transactions, ESG-aligned projects, and business development. Through her work, she has led projects across sectors including energy, insurance, transport, banking, and green finance. She has also provided advisory under programs sponsored by the EBRD, UNDP, and the EU, notably supporting MSMEs, inclusive finance initiatives, and investment readiness for DeepTech and ESG-focused companies.
Her expertise in designing and executing structured finance solutions, particularly in green and impact-driven sectors like solar energy, hydrogen, and health tourism, has positioned her as a go-to expert for sustainable and climate-conscious investments in Albania and the region. Denisa has also played a key role in capacity building for Partner Financial Institutions, enhancing their capabilities in EE/RE lending and sustainable financing.
As a Partner at ONEtoONE Corporate Finance, Denisa combines her passion for structured finance, inclusive growth, and cross-border M&A to guide business owners, investors, and institutions through complex transactions. Her multilingual capabilities (Albanian, English, Italian) and cultural fluency make her particularly effective in international negotiations.
