Wojciech Baran, CFA, has nearly 20 years of experience in corporate finance and investment banking, with a proven track record in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory.
He has held senior positions at leading advisory and industrial firms, including Ernst & Young Corporate Finance, IPOPEMA Securities, and ISD Group. Over his career, he has executed M&A and financing projects with a total value exceeding EUR 500 million, guiding clients through the entire transaction cycle – from origination and structuring to negotiation and closing. His expertise covers both domestic and cross-border transactions, with a particular focus on the industrial, business services, and energy & sustainability sectors.
Wojciech earned a Master’s degree in Finance and Banking from the Warsaw School of Economics and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder. He is fluent in Polish and English.
He is especially engaged in industries undergoing transformation, such as renewable energy, waste management, and industrial services, and has advised entrepreneurs, corporates, and private equity funds on strategic transactions.
