He has held leadership roles in multinational corporations such as GE and Genpact, as well as in private equity firms and family offices, where he has led cross-border transactions, portfolio value creation, and international expansion initiatives.

His career spans Europe, the Americas, and India, with deep expertise in technology and services, manufacturing, financial services, and construction materials. Víctor has served on multiple boards in the US, UK, and India, advising organisations on strategy, operations, and governance.
