With over two decades of experience, Marc has led multinational teams and managed complex portfolios across the Caribbean and Latin America, most recently as Group EVP and Portfolio CEO of the Massy Motors and Machines Division.

An expert in business scaling, acquisitions, and transformation, Marc currently serves as Senior Advisor at ONEtoONE Corporate Finance, where he guides entrepreneurs and business owners through M&A and succession strategies aligned with their long-term vision.

In parallel, as Founder and Managing Director of Remou Holdings Limited, he works one-on-one with senior executives and entrepreneurs to elevate leadership, strengthen decision-making, and build organizations that thrive beyond the founder.

With an MBA in Finance from La Salle University (Philadelphia) and a background as an NCAA Division I athlete, Marc brings the same discipline and curiosity from sports to the boardroom to help leaders and companies reach peak performance.
