Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business (E-2) at ICADE (Madrid). She began her career as a consultant at Accenture, and since 1996 has focused her professional activity in the area of Corporate Finance.

After several years in the Mergers and Acquisitions area of Banco Urquijo in 2007, she joined ONEtoONE Corporate Finance as Partner. Maria José participated in several projects in the distribution, logistics, nutrition, health care, or construction auxiliary services areas among others.

Since 1998 teaches in the Master in Business Innovation at the Escuela de Organización Industrial EOI.

During her time as part of ONEtoONE, María José´s experience has spanned diverse sectors including education, services, retail, IT, food and construction. Particularly noteworthy is her extensive experience in the education sector, where she has navigated numerous complex transactions, fostering growth and innovation within educational institutions. María José is a dynamic force in the ONEtoONE team and was even recognised as the leader in TTR and Datasite´s ranking of most active Financial Advisors in the Spanish M&A market in 2022.
