She began her carrer in the audit department of EY (previously Ernst & Young) in Barcelona. After two years as an audit manager in the United States she returned to Spain to join the team that created the Transactions Advisory Services department of EY in Spain in July 1999 where she worked for over 11 years, the latests of which, she was Executive Director. Before joining ONEtoONE she worked as an independent M&A advisor. Through her extense career, Ana María has managed transactions and restructuring projects leading multidisciplinary teams both domestically and internationally in sectors as diverse as telecommunications, healthcare, distribution, services, automotive, wineries, media, entertainment, renewable energy, logistics, insurance and general industry.

KOMpe has counted with the advice of ONEtoONE in a transaction led by Saturnino S. and Ana María Martos Martín, those who have taken the lead in the management of the sales mandate. Germans Homs 1852, a benchmark in the rental of machinery, scaffolding, prefabricated modules, and structures, integrates KOMpe into the business as a division specializing in lifting platforms. This acquisition of Germans Homs 1852 makes it possible to obtain a firm commitment to the lifting platforms sector with the clear objective of offering a comprehensive and quality service to its customers.

Germans Homs, dedicated to the rental of machinery for construction, acquired the 3 companies of the Alconsa Group in an operation advised by ONEtoONE Corporate Finance.

The Spanish company, Almaq, S.A, which specialises in machinery rental, has been acquired by the French multinational Kiloutou through its subsidiary in Spain. Almaq, S.A. is one of the best-positioned companies in Aragon in the machinery rental sector. This operation consolidates the French group’s presence in Spain, with 19 agencies in the country and more than 500 throughout Europe.

The operation allowed Grupo Logístico Urbanos to generate increased business of 6.5 million euros in 2012, which gave the Group a turnover of 35 million euros, making it the owner of one of the largest logistics areas in Portugal, with more of 115 thousand square meters of warehouses and forecast growth of about 25 per cent of current turnover.
