Daniel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting, corporate finance, and international development.
He holds a degree in Geoecology from the University of Potsdam and a Master in Public Administration in International Development from Harvard Kennedy School. He has worked in strategic consulting and the public sector at Capgemini, advising companies and governments in emerging markets.
He served as Managing Partner and Director of Corporate Finance / M&A at Civitta, leading projects across Central and Eastern Europe. Between 2015 and 2020, he advised the Prime Minister of Belarus on the establishment of the National Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus. Later, he led a Social Impact Fund, supporting democratic media in Eastern Europe.
Throughout his career, he has been a member of advisory and supervisory boards in industries such as manufacturing, transportation, startups, and impact investing.
Currently, at ONEtoONE Corporate Finance, he focuses on the DACH region, specializing in family-owned businesses, while also leveraging his expertise in Eastern Europe, including Russian-speaking markets, Ukraine, Poland, and the Baltic States.
